Vivo has submitted an application to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) to register the Super FlashCharge trademark.

According to available information, the new technology will provide up to 55 watts of power when charging the battery by wire. And this, for example, means that it will take a little more than half an hour to fully replenish the energy reserve of a 4000 mAh battery.

Observers believe that Vivo's new flagship smartphone will be endowed with Super FlashCharge technology. Such a device may debut this year.

It should be added that earlier Vivo talked about an ultra-fast 120-watt recharging system. It allows you to fully charge the battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh in just 13 minutes. However, it is not yet clear when such devices will appear on the commercial market.
