The Guardian took Sony Interactive Entertainment Executive Vice President for Business Development Europe Simon Rutter. The conversation turned to exclusive games, and the executive said that on the PlayStation 5 they will be more important than ever. In the same interview, Simon Rutter that the developers of Gran Turismo 7 at Polyphony Digital will take advantage of almost all the technical advantages of the PS5 in the production of their racing simulator.
The PlayStation 5 launch will take place during the holiday season 2020. The exact date has not been officially announced, but according to from Amazon's French site, the console will go on sale November 20th. PS5 will ship in - with and without optical drive.
