Pierce did not talk about future plans, but said that he wants to spend more time in nature and learn how to play a musical instrument.

β€œMy journey as part of the Blizzard community began over 28 years ago. Allen Adham invited me to join him and Mike Morhaime on the path to their dream. Video games were a passion we shared. I only had hope that I would have the opportunity to start developing them. Looking back today, I realize that I was incredibly lucky to be part of Blizzard. I know Blizzard has an amazing future ahead of it. There are a lot of initiatives in the company now, and I can't wait to see them come true,” рассказал Pier.

Blizzard President J. Allen Brack noted that most people don't know Pierce very well, as he rarely appeared in public. He emphasized that despite this, Frank has always been an important part of the studio and upheld its values. "Blizzard got better because of Frank," Brack said.

Frank Pierce founded the studio with Allen Adam and Mike Morhaime in 1991. It was originally called Silicon & Synapse. In 1993 it was renamed Chaos Studios, and in 1994 it received its current name.

Formerly a studio left Mike Morhaime. In October 2018, he was promoted from studio president to strategic advisor. In April 2019, he left the company.
