Spotify users have been complaining about the limits on the number of songs in their personal library for several years. At the same time, the service contained more than 50 million songs. In 2017, company representatives said they did not intend to remove the restriction in the near future. They argued that the limit was reached by less than 1% of users.
The company stated that it may take some time for the changes to take effect for all listeners. The developers did not name the exact dates.
