Square Enix studio has published the release trailer for Final Fantasy VIII Remastered. The game is currently available for purchase on the Microsoft Store, Nintendo eShop and PS Store. In the evening the project will be available on Steam.

The first ratings for the re-release of the Japanese RPG have already appeared on the Metacritic portal. On PlayStation 4, the project has already scored 84 points out of 100 (based on 10 reviews).
A remaster of Final Fantasy VIII was announced at E3 2019. Game series producer Yoshinori Kitase that the updated game will have several new features. Special moves will be available at any time, and players will be able to turn on triple speed to move and fight faster. Also in Final Fantasy VIII Remastered there will be an option to keep your health and ATB points at maximum.
The original Final Fantasy VIII was released in 1999 on the PlayStation, and in 2000 it appeared on the PC. Project received rave reviews from critics and scored 90 on Metacritic.
