Amazon has released its ranking of the best-selling products in its PC gaming category for 2019, and Nintendo clearly dominates the list. Of the 50 best-selling products, 22 are Switch-related, including accessories, gift cards and 16 games (versus 10 non-Nintendo games on the same list).
Among games, the bestseller of the year was , followed by Pokemon Shield. However, they were not the best-selling gaming products at the largest US retailer. First place went to a $10 gift card for the PlayStation Store; this was followed by $10 gift cards for Xbox and Nintendo eShop, and then a 12-month subscription to PlayStation Plus.
In fact, one in five products in the Top 50 are cards or digital codes for a digital currency, subscription, or PC version of Minecraft. The highest rated non-Nintendo game is for PlayStation 4, which took 15th place.
