According to information available on the project website, 32-bit and 64-bit operating system images received stable status just a few hours ago. Anyone can install a new build of the operating system right now by going to the "debian" directory in any of the mirrors available on the Linux Mint website.

The release received stable status less than a month after the release of the first beta. The project will likely announce the availability of a stable LMDE 4 in the next few days, after which all efforts will be directed to the development of Linux Mint 20, which is scheduled for launch this summer. Linux Mint 20 should be the biggest OS update since 2018.
