“At the end of 2018, Starbreeze found itself in a difficult financial situation. We can now think about our future and the development of Payday 2,” the company said in a statement.
The developers said that they have already started working on the first addition and promised to present it soon. The exact release date has not yet been disclosed, as well as the list of platforms on which it will be released.
