SuperData Research has shared its digital game sales data for February. Anthem and Apex Legends have drawn attention this month.
February was a good month for Electronic Arts as Anthem raised over $100 million in digital at launch. "Anthem was the top-selling game in February on consoles and topped the average download rating," a company spokesperson said. "In-app purchases totaled $3,5 million across both platforms." In addition, SuperData Research reported that Apex Legends has the best launch month in shareware history. “Apex Legends has generated approximately $92 million in in-app purchases across all platforms, with the majority on consoles.
