On last night's State of Play live stream from Sony, the developers from the Camouflaj studio, known for the game Republique, announced their new project. It's called Iron Man VR and is exclusive to PS VR. As the name implies, users will be allowed to try on the costume of a famous superhero.
The first trailer showed how a person puts on a virtual reality helmet and appears on an airplane. A hologram of an assistant is talking to him, but suddenly the transport is attacked. The player is thrown into the air along with the box containing the Iron Man suit. After the appropriate command, all the details fly out and are assembled into a single whole right on the main character.
Then, in the video, individual frames of the gameplay flash. It looks like players will have to fly and shoot enemies, like in a rail shooting range. The interface resembles the view from the helmet of the suit, and PS Move controllers are used to control.
Iron Man VR will be released in 2019, no exact date has been announced.
