Tails is a privacy and anonymity oriented live system that boots from a flash drive. All connections go through TOR!
This release fixes many vulnerabilities.
What has changed?
- Removed the LibreOffice Math component, but you can still install it using the option additional software
- Removed bookmarks from Tor browser.
- Removed pre-created i2p and IRC accounts in Pidgin
- Tor browser updated to 8.5.5
- Linux updated to 4.19.37-5+deb10u2 with another fix vulnerabilities.
- Updated many packages in firmware. This should improve support for new hardware. (Graphics, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Fixes
- Fix opening persistent storage of another Tails USB via file manager
- Fix translation in Additional Software
- Removed the security level gauge in the insecure browser.
