According to the sources of the resource, the picture has acquired a screenwriter - it was Ashley Miller (Ashley Miller), known for his work on the TV show "Fringe" and the film "X-Men: First Class".

The production of the series based on the franchise involved its creators brothers Rand Miller (Rand Miller) and Robin Miller (Robyn Miller), but nothing is said about their role in the project.

What exactly the series will tell about is unknown at this stage. The main plot tells about the events connected with the descendants of the ancient D'ni civilization. These people knew how to create special books that acted as portals to parallel worlds.

The original Myst was released in 1993 on PC and was the best-selling PC game in history for nine years. In total, the series has five main parts, the last of which dates back to 2005.
