March was not as rich in new items as February, but PlayStation 4 owners still got a few hits. And they even actively bought them - about which projects performed best in the PlayStation Store, Sony said in a blog.
The best-selling game, as expected, was The Division 2. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice also made it into the top three, but only came in third. It was overtaken by the unfading GTA V, which won the βsilver medalβ back in February and continues to firmly hold on to second place. Action Devil May Cry 5 only reached the sixth position.
Almost all major February releases, which showed good results a month earlier, have disappeared from the top twenty. Jump Force, Anthem and Metro Exodus are no longer in the top, but Far Cry New Dawn hasn't had time to "fly out" yet, but has fallen from fifth to twelfth place. Interestingly, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection returned to seventeenth position - apparently, the announcement of the third part of the series prompted the audience to refresh their memory before its release. And on the seventh line was Titanfall 2, which Apex Legends fans were interested in.
The list of the best-selling games in March in the European PlayStation Store (including Russia) looks like this (the position in February is indicated in brackets, RE means returning to the top after a long absence):
