Thermaltake has announced a new set of Toughram RGB DDR4 RAM designed for gaming-class desktop computers.
The new kit includes two modules with a capacity of 8 GB each. Thus, the total volume is 16 GB. We are talking about compatibility with the hardware platforms Intel Z490 and AMD X570.
The modules operate at a frequency of 4600 MHz at a voltage of 1,5 V. Support for Intel XMP 2.0 overclocking profiles will make it easier to select settings for the RAM subsystem in UEFI.
Products are endowed with a cooling radiator, for which two color options are provided - white and black. The memory comes with a lifetime warranty.
At the top of the modules there is a bright multi-color backlight. You can control its operation through a motherboard with ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light Sync or ASRock Polychrome Sync technology. Compatibility with the TT RGB PLUS ecosystem and support for the Amazon Alexa voice assistant are mentioned.
There is no information on the estimated price of the Toughram RGB DDR4-4600 16 GB kit yet.
