I present to your attention the first public version of my development - a transparent HTTP / HTTPS proxy that allows you to redirect traffic to selected domains through a TOR server.
The project was created to improve the comfort of access to sites from the home local network, which can be limited for various reasons. For example, the homedepot.com store is geographically inaccessible.
Features:
- Work exclusively in transparent mode, configuration is required only on the router;
- For HTTPS, the domain name is retrieved from SNI, if any;
- Unrecognized (not HTTP or HTTPS) incoming TCP traffic is handled "as is";
- Subdomains are supported in TOR redirect rules;
- The list of rules is formed by the user independently;
