RPG Nioh 2 trailer with rave reviews from the press

Launched last month Nioh 2 Team Ninja studio. In my time First part was warmly received by critics, and already the first press responses showed that the prequel didn't disappoint either. Now, after several weeks, the developers decided to traditionally present the trailer to the delight of the press.

The video itself is short, but intense. In it, IGN journalists praised Nioh 2 for its phenomenal combat system. Destructoid called the project a sign of the highest quality. PlayStation Universe believes that all aspects of the second part of the action series indicate that this is the game of the year. Eurogamer called the project vast and all-consuming.

At the time of publication of the material, the average rating of the game at Metacritic is 85% (76 reviews) and exactly the same - on OpenCritic (79 reviews, 94% recommend checking out the game). In 2017, critics rated its predecessor 88%. By the way, on the same resource Metacritic user rating games are slightly lower - 7,7 points out of 10 with 401 responses.

In our recent review of Nioh 2 Mikhail Ponomarev rated Team Ninja's creation 8 points out of 10, praising it for the variety of weapons and combat combinations, luxurious locations, well-written characters and an interesting plot. There were also some shortcomings: battles can get boring over time, the main character looks like just an extra in the story, and the final third of the game is indecently drawn out.
