Three episodes of The Dark Pictures anthology, including Man of Medan, are in active development

Appeared on the PlayStation Blog interview with Supermassive Games Studio Manager Pete Samuels. He shared details regarding plans to release parts of The Dark Pictures anthology. The authors intend to stick to their plan and release two games a year.

Now Supermassive Games is actively working on three projects in the series at once. Of these, the developers have officially announced only Man of Medan, and two more episodes are at the stage of creating the plot. Episodes six through eight are in the idea-searching stage. The first game in the series, Man of Medan, will August 30, 2019. Probably the next episode will appear in the spring of 2020.

We remind you: The Dark Pictures anthology is conceived as a collection of horror films, united by the ability to make decisions and thereby influence history, as in Until Dawn. Each of them is planned to be performed in its own horror sub-genre, from psychological thriller to sci-fi horror.
