The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the official list of applications mandatory for pre-installation on smartphones and TVs imported and sold in the Russian Federation (as well as other βsmartβ devices where third-party applications can be installed from the market).
Starting April 1, 2021, all devices imported into the country must be preinstalled with applications included in the approved package, which includes 16 mandatory applications for smartphones, 11 applications for smart TVs, and one application for PCs running Windows OS .
Smartphones must have the following applications installed:
- Yandeks.Brauzer
- Yandex
- Yandex maps
- Yandex.Disk
- Mail.Ru mail
- ICQ
- "Marusya" - voice assistant
- News Mail.Ru
- OK Live
- VK
- Classmates
- MirPay (Android devices only)
- State services
- MyOffice Documents
- Kaspersky Internet Security (Android devices only)
- Applist.ru
Smart TVs must have the following apps pre-installed:
- Yandex
- Wink
- ivi* First
- ΠΠΈΠ½ΠΎΠΠΎΠΈΡΠΊ
- Okko
- more.tv
- First
- We look
- NTV
- Home
On a PC running Windows, the MyOffice Standard office suite must be installed. Home version.
