On September 1, Russian students of both technical and general universities began studying technology programs developed jointly with Microsoft experts. The classes are aimed at training modern specialists in the field of artificial intelligence technologies and the Internet of things, as well as digital business transformation.
The first classes within the framework of Microsoft master's programs started at the leading universities of the country: the Higher School of Economics, the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (PFUR), the Moscow City Pedagogical University (MGPU), the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), North -Eastern Federal University. M.K. Ammosov (NEFU), Russian Chemical-Technological University. Mendeleev (RCTU named after Mendeleev), Tomsk Polytechnic University and Tyumen State University.
Russian students have already started taking courses in relevant technological areas: artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, business analytics, the Internet of things and many others. In addition, Microsoft, with the support of IT HUB College, launched free practical courses for teachers to improve their skills in the use of cloud platforms using the example of Microsoft Azure.
