KDE improves support for window decoration in GTK applications

To the KWin window manager added full protocol support _GTK_FRAME_EXTENTS, which significantly improved the display of GTK applications in the KDE environment. The improvement applies to both GNOME-sourced applications and third-party GTK-based applications that use client-side window decorations to render controls in the title bar of a window.

For such applications, it will now be possible to render window shadows and use the correct window capture areas for resizing without requiring thick borders (previously with a thin border it was very difficult to grab the edge of the window for resizing, forcing the use of thick borders that made windows GTK applications are alien among KDE programs).

Contributed to KWin changes will be included with the KDE Plasma 5.18 release.
Other changes include the addition of support for WPA3 wireless security technology to Plasma Network Manager and the ability to enable transparent backgrounds for some widgets on the desktop.
