Microsoft continues to improve its Chromium-based Edge browser. In the latest build on the Canary update channel (daily updates), a version with a built-in incognito mode has appeared. Reportedly, this mode will be similar to similar features in other browsers.
In particular, it is stated that when opening pages in this mode, Microsoft Edge will not save browsing history, site files and data, various completed forms - passwords, addresses, and so on. However, at the same time, the browser will fix the list of downloads and "Favorites" resources. However, this is a normal practice, because true paranoids do not use "Incognito" for disguise.
Note that previously reported on the appearance in Microsoft Edge
As expected, the finished version will be available during this year, although the exact date in Redmond has not yet been specified. It is possible that its release will be predicted for the autumn update of Windows 10 or will last until the spring of 2020. However, given the standalone installer for the program, it is possible that it will be released separately. In any case, it will be quite interesting as Microsoft and Google have joined forces to create a common product. What will come out of this - we'll see.
