Dark mode support added to the Play Store app

According to online sources, Google plans to add the ability to enable dark mode in the Play Store digital content store. This feature is currently available to a limited number of Android 10 smartphone users.

Dark mode support added to the Play Store app

Previously, Google implemented a system-wide dark mode in the Android 10 mobile OS. Once enabled in the device settings, apps and services such as Google Play will follow the system settings by automatically entering dark mode. However, this approach was not approved by all users. The fact is that for most users it is more convenient to enable dark mode in individual applications than to do it using a system-wide feature. Obviously, the update, which will soon be widely rolled out, will be approved by this category of users, since it will allow you to activate the dark mode directly in the Play Store settings.

The message says that users will be able to select dark or light mode from the Play Store menu. In addition, it will be possible to set the automatic mode change. When this option is activated, the Play Store interface will change according to the system settings of the device. The update looks attractive as it makes the app's interface more flexible.
