Researchers from the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU), according to the RIA Novosti online publication, intend to create a so-called "synthetic personality".
We are talking about a special neurosystem based on artificial intelligence technologies. It is planned to implement the project on the basis of a high-performance computing complex at FEFU.
βIn the near future, the supercomputer is planned to be used, in particular, as part of a large-scale research project aimed at creating a so-called synthetic personality that can recognize human speech and maintain a long and meaningful conversation,β the university said.
It is expected that the system will find application in various fields. A "synthetic personality", for example, can work as a consultant in the contact center of a government agency or commercial company.
It should be noted that other Russian companies and organizations also create "smart" systems based on artificial intelligence. So, Sberbank recently a unique development - a virtual TV presenter Elena, able to imitate the speech, emotions and manner of speaking of a real person.
