The new service, as noted, will allow residents of our country to learn for free the skills necessary for everyday life, learn about modern opportunities and threats of the digital environment, secure personal data, etc.

At the first stage, educational videos and text materials will be posted on the platform to develop basic digital knowledge and skills. Next year, the service plans to launch full-fledged educational courses aimed at developing digital competencies. In particular, online lessons and tests will appear.

The operator of the project is University 2035. The development of IT solutions, the provision of online content, as well as the examination of its quality will be carried out by MegaFon, Rostelecom, Russian Railways, Er-Telecom, Sibur IT, Rostec Academy, Higher School of Economics, Rotsit and Russian Post", analytical center NAFI.

It is expected that the new project will help eliminate the digital divide and ensure equal access to digital services to all categories of citizens. The platform will also help improve the quality of life of the population through the use of new technologies, government and commercial digital services.
