Steam Starts Spring Cleaning and Several New Promotions
Valve announced the start on Steam, the Spring Cleaning campaign, which has already become a traditional initiative designed to help users of the service clean up their game library at least a little.
This year's Spring Cleaning is a set of tasks from the smart home librarian DEWEY. There are seven orders in total, each involves launching a game from one category or another:
"Renewal" - games purchased by the user in the last year.
What projects DEWEY offers for review depends on the content of the gamer's library. Users without purchases on their account will be recommended free games on Steam.
Spring Cleaning will end on May 28 at 20:00 Moscow time. Completing all seven of DEWEY's missions earns players a maximum level Spring Cleaning Badge.
Together with the "Spring Cleaning" started a few new promotions. As part of Curve Digital games sales (until May 28) you can, for example, assign yourself an action platformer for free 10 Second Ninja X.
In addition, over the weekend, Steam offers to try two games for free - an online shooter DayZ and rhythm game DJMAX RESPECT V (both until May 25). Also received discounts for this period Planet Zoo (until May 25) and VisualArts publishing projects (until May 25).
