Twitter now lets you add photos and videos to reposts

Twitter users know that earlier retweets could be additionally "equipped" with only text descriptions. Now came out An update that adds the ability to embed a photo, video, or GIF in a Retweet. This feature is available on iOS and Android, as well as on the web version of the service. This is expected to dramatically increase the amount of media on Twitter, and hence the amount of advertising.

So far, it is difficult to say how much such an innovation has reduced the number of fakes. However, other social networks are also introducing similar measures, so one can hope that the amount of false information will drop a little.
