Later, WhatsApp introduced a notification for callers informing them that the person they are trying to reach has already accepted an incoming call.
Now, if you receive another call during a conversation, you will hear a sound alert, and a corresponding text notification will appear on the display screen, by interacting with which you can either reject the second call, or interrupt the current conversation and start a new one. The feature looks very attractive, but it clearly lacks the ability to put the current conversation on hold. This option is not currently implemented, but it is possible that it will appear in the future.
The new feature is available in the stable version of WhatsApp 2.19.352 and WhatsApp Business 2.19.128. In addition, in these versions of the application, the developers solved the problem of increasing the energy consumed by the smartphone messenger, and also added a fingerprint unlocking function.
