The Yandex.Directory service expands its capabilities: from now on, users will have access to information about small businesses and entrepreneurs who do not have a physical address.
The Russian IT giant notes that some small companies and private entrepreneurs simply do not have an office or sales showroom, since they do not need one. For example, online stores are often represented only on the Internet, and photographers or tutors themselves come to the client.
Previously, information about such business representatives was not available in Yandex.Directory. Now even those entrepreneurs who do not have a physical store or office can register in the system.
To place information in Yandex.Directory, you need to fill out a card in which you should indicate your phone number, service area, list of goods and services, and also place photos. The card will be shown in searches to people who are looking for relevant services.
Interestingly, for quick communication, you can now add a chat to the card. Potential clients will be able to send messages directly from the card, and business representatives will be able to send messages from their personal account in the Directory. As before, entrepreneurs will also be able to respond to user reviews through the Directory.
