Big Bad Wolf Studios has announced the release window for Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong, another game in development in the Vampire: The Masquerade board game universe.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong will be available in 2021. Platforms have not yet been announced. But the creative and art director of Big Bad Wolf Thomas Voklin (Thomas Veauclin) said that the studio for many years wanted to create a game inspired by the Vampire: The Masquerade universe. And this project was a perfect match for Bigben Interactive's desire to expand the story-driven game market.
“My past experience as an RPG editor and writer, and editor-in-chief of RPG magazine, is proof of how important this project is to me personally,” added Wauklin. “Like me, many fans have long been waiting for a new adaptation of this iconic game, which is being developed by one of the most talented studios of its generation.”
Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong will be based on the fifth edition of Vampire: The Masquerade. The story will tell about three vampires from different clans of the Camarilla faction. Players will move between intertwined scenarios of characters to unravel the whole plot and try to find out the truth.
Two more Vampire games are currently in development: The Masquerade. Vampire The Masquerade – Coteries of New York will be the first to release on December 4 on PC and in the first quarter of 2020 on Nintendo Switch, with a potential release in the future on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One; the second is Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, which was recently released .
