10D action-platformer Valfaris, "inspired by the energy of heavy metal", has got release dates on all platforms. On October 4, it will visit PC (Steam, GOG and Humble) and Nintendo Switch, and a month later the game will appear on PlayStation 5 (November 6 in the US, November 8 in Europe) and Xbox One (November XNUMX).
“After mysteriously disappearing from intergalactic maps, the citadel of Valfaris suddenly appeared in the orbit of a dying star,” the developers describe the plot. “Formerly a grandiose citadel, which was, in fact, a self-sufficient paradise, became a refuge for a multiplying and growing all-consuming darkness.”
In the role of Therion, the proud son of Valfaris, we return home and try to understand what kind of curse hangs over the citadel. The authors promise a brutal arsenal, a variety of defiled landscapes, strange and grotesque enemies, "deadly stunning pixel art", as well as music written by ex-Celtic Frost guitarist Curt Victor Bryant.
In addition to the standard version, a digital deluxe edition will be available, including the game itself, soundtrack and artbook. This is relevant only for PC and PlayStation 4 - the authors do not say anything about other platforms.
