Then Blizzard that the Havana Arena, inspired by the capital of Cuba, will indeed become a full-fledged map for the Capture Points mode.
Now that the Overwatch Archives seasonal event has ended, the map is now available in regular modes for everyone to enjoy. At the same time, the developers presented an extended video and several official screenshots showing the beauty and features of various parts of Havana.
According to the Overwatch story, the Talon terrorist organization has settled in this busy metropolis. There are picturesque streets, and an old colonial-era sea fort turned into a closed military base, and sights, and the famous Don Rombotico distillery, founded by the Diaz family, and then bought from them by villains after a mysterious fire.
In Havana, one of the members of the Council of the Claw was active - the dodgy omnic financier Maximilien, who lived in seclusion and acted, in fact, as the treasurer of a gloomy international organization. For a while, the Claw plagued the local population with corruption and crime, but eventually a team of four Overwatch special agents (Tracer, Winston, Genji and Angel) was involved in order to capture the villain and get information from him about the Doomfist.
