Video: "Havana" will be the new map for the "Capture points" mode in Overwatch

Like assumed at the time of announcement story mission "Storm Premonition" in Overwatch, a new location for a joint story mission will soon become a new map for standard competitive battles. Havana is inspired by the capital of Cuba and is one of the maps for the Capture Points mode.

The terrorist organization Talon has settled in this vibrant metropolis in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. There will be colorful streets and old fortifications from the colonial era. In Havana, one of the members of the Council of the Claw was active - the dodgy omnic financier Maximilien, who lived in seclusion and acted, in fact, as the treasurer of a gloomy international organization. For a while, Talon plagued the local population with corruption and crime, but eventually a team of four Overwatch special agents was involved in order to capture the villain and get information from him about the Doomfist.

As a reminder, Overwatch is currently hosting the Archives themed seasonal event, which allows you to plunge into both the fresh co-op mission "Storm Feeling" and the old "Retribution" and "Insurgency" to relive important moments in the history of the organization. During the event, players will receive archive containers with new and old skins, match highlights, emotes, and sprays based on the history of Overwatch.

Also recently, Game Director Jeff Kaplan went into detail about all the changes that the latest update has brought to Overwatch, related to the ongoing seasonal event:
