Bandai Namco Entertainment announced the imminent completion of the first season of the fighting game , but the development of the game will not end there: the developers have already presented a teaser for the second season. The pass brought Soulcalibur VI subscribers a number of characters, including the ready-made android 2B from , and it will end with the addition of Cassandra.
The last time fans saw this character was in the fourth game of the main Soulcalibur series - those who were waiting for her return can rejoice. The presented trailer shows how the fighter deftly wields a sword and shield. Cassandra Alexandra is the younger sister of Sophitia, the main character of the series. The heroine was first mentioned in Soul Edge, where she witnessed the battle of her sister and Taki against the owner of the legendary Soul Edge sword, Cervantes de Leon. One day, she decided to help her sister and save her family by going on a journey to destroy Soul Edge.
The story doesn't end with Cassandra's appearance in Soulcalibur VI - during the Evo 2019 event, the second season pass was presented, which will bring four new fighters to the popular fighting game. The first of them, judging by the video, will be the lonely samurai Haomaru from the Samurai Shodown series.
Perhaps Haohmaru will be the only guest character of the season. Soulcalibur became famous thanks to its guest fighters - Part VI sparkled, for example, with the addition of Geralt from The Witcher. It is unknown whether the other three fighters of the second season will be completely new or whether the developers will return the heroes of the old parts.
SoulCalibur VI was released on PS4, Xbox One and PC last October.
