On the battlefields of WW3, it's not uncommon for two opposing forces to form a frontline in an attempt to push each other back, outflank, and outwit each other in every possible way. The new mode makes such moments more frequent, creating an exciting and tense game atmosphere with many tactics, where even one fighter can influence the outcome of the battle.
Breakthrough supports intense skirmishes in a 10 vs 10 configuration. The offensive team starts from their home base. And the defending team has all the points at once - players can respawn on any of them.
The attackers need to destroy the radio stations by installing the charger and holding the zone for 30 seconds. It can be blown up with the usual powerful arsenal, but not all objects will be open, so attacks from afar are not always possible. The map is divided into 4 zones with two points, after the capture of which the zone is blocked. Each Breakthrough match lasts 15 minutes, after which the defender team wins. But if in the last minutes the attackers destroy another station, then the remaining time will return to 5 minutes. Attackers are only allowed to attack the nearest pair of points to them - they win when all radio stations are destroyed.
Breakthrough works on all Warzone maps, using the Large variant on some. The new mode is more intense than Warzone and harder than Team Deathmatch, with an emphasis on strategy and cooperative action.
