Trials Rising, a motorcycle arcade game for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, has received its first expansion called Sixty-Six (or "Route 66"). On this occasion, Ubisoft presented a fresh trailer, in which, accompanied by peppy music, it demonstrates a lot of new levels, other innovations and, of course, an abundance of desperate stunts on a motorcycle.
“Welcome to the “mother of all roads” - Highway 66. Race across the United States along one of the most famous highways in the world and enjoy the splendor of a land of limitless possibilities,” calls for a description from the developers. Drivers who have completed League Three in the main game can embark on an exciting journey across North America, immersing themselves in new digital content.
In addition to 24 new tracks, Route 66 includes 2 final races, 2 skill games, an American Football costume, new contracts and hidden objects - the elusive golden squirrels. The DLC can be purchased individually or as part of the DLC subscription, which also includes the Crash and Burn DLC, the Stunt Racer Pack, and the Samurai Item Pack.
Separately from Sixty-Six, the April update recently introduced a private multiplayer mode (on Xbox One, PS4 and PC) where players can compete against each other on the same tracks. Competitions are supported in a company of up to 8 people. You can create a room by selecting tracks from the main game, or add your favorite routes from the track management point. Points earned in closed multiplayer will affect the overall rating. In addition, you can use game modifiers by changing the speed of the motorcycle, gravity and other elements.
