Video: release trailer for the Fate of Atlantis expansion for Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Additions to Assassin's Creed Odyssey are released in separate episodes, each large DLC is divided into three parts. Earlier this year, Ubisoft completed the story of Legacy of the First Blade, and the first chapter of The Fate of Atlantis will be released on April 23.

As the developers say, players will have to discover their true power and the secrets of the First Civilization. They will travel to three worlds from ancient Greek myths: Elysium, the kingdom of the dead and Atlantis. And they will have to fight with various gods, including Persephone, Hades and Poseidon.

To gain access to the add-on, it is advisable to complete the “Between Two Worlds” quest line in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, and after it complete the short task “Legacy of Memory”. In addition, the DLC will not be allowed to start if the character is level 28.

However, there is another option - if you don’t want to fulfill these conditions, you can immediately start the expansion, having at your disposal a level 52 character with partially upgraded abilities and a set of resources. In this case, players will not earn achievements, and the progress earned will not be transferred to the main game. The add-on will cost $25, while the season pass (which includes both DLC and remasters of two old Assassin's Creeds) costs $40.
