Publisher Bandai Namco has unveiled a new animated trailer for its upcoming third-person action RPG Code Vein. The short film opens the game and is made in the style of a hand-drawn anime. It shows the post-apocalyptic environment of the ruined metropolis, a number of plot characters-vampires, their battles with monsters and the use of vampire weapons.
In Code Vein, players take on the role of one of the Immortals, vampires who trade their memories for supernatural power. This group was created specifically to protect the remnants of humanity that managed to survive a terrible catastrophe on Earth. Players will be able to create their own character and customize their equipment and skills to suit their fighting style and help them defeat a powerful enemy. Various AI-controlled companions will help the heroes explore the world and take a direct part in the story.
