Bandai Namco Entertainment released versions of God Eater 3 for PS4 and PC in February, the latter being free from Denuvo protection. Now the developers have announced that the project will soon reach the Nintendo Switch hybrid console. On this occasion, a corresponding trailer was presented, which focuses on the possibility of playing in handheld mode.
The creators promise that God Eater 3 will be released on Switch on July 12, and co-op will be supported both in local mode and in joint online missions. All pre-orders will receive two new Tales of Vesperia-inspired costumes from the same publisher.
We remind you that God Eater 3 is a third-person action game made in anime style. The player will have to participate in spectacular battles with huge monsters, to defeat which they will have to use the entire arsenal of weapons and skills of the characters (including the new "Sword Bite", "Heavy Moon" or "Laser Weapon"). There is a choice of weapons for melee and ranged combat, and in the course of the battle, some types of weapons can be transformed.
According to the plot, unknown life forms, which were later called Oracle cells, begin to uncontrollably absorb all life on Earth. As a result of their spread, aragami appear - huge and incredibly strong monsters that are not affected by simple weapons. In this part, a new threat has appeared - ash aragami, which can enter the Surge mode, greatly increasing their strength. The God Eaters squad is the last thing standing between monsters and human civilization.
