It is curious that, according to him, the new game has a classic mode. When activated, the character controlled by the player will automatically attack enemies and dodge. The only thing you need to do is to choose an action when the ATB indicator is filled - just like in the original game. Skills can also be used when filling the corresponding indicator.

Mr. Kitase also showed off a squat mini-game by showing a pre-recorded gameplay video. In the video, Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith fight a boss in the sewers below Don Corneo's mansion. Also shown is the summoning of a fiery Ifrit, which remains on the battlefield until the summon counter expires - before disappearing, the summoned entities apply a special ability - in the case of Ifrit, this is a Hellfire attack.

Those who wish can also watch the trailer presented the other day, in which you can see new gameplay footage and get an idea of what awaits the heroes in the slums of Midgar, where the conflict will unfold between the oppressive Shinra corporation and the Avalanche rebel group. Coming to PlayStation 4 in March 2020, Final Fantasy VII Remake will include only a small portion of the original game. At the same time, the role-playing component has been significantly expanded both in terms of history and gameplay.
