Most recently, Electronic Arts released the first official trailer for Firestorm, the battle royale mode in Battlefield V, which will be available on March 25 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One as a free update. Now it's time for a cutscene of the full gameplay of this highly anticipated mode.

DICE promises that we are waiting for the royal battle, reimagined with the features of Battlefield. The mode features matches with 64 players fighting alone or in squads on a huge map (the largest in the history of the series, ten times the size of Hamada) with a gradually shrinking ring of fire. There is no second chance here.

Players will have to act as a team to take on risky targets with valuable loot and find the best equipment. You will have to take into account and use the branded destructibility and combat vehicles of Battlefield V, along with artillery support and an expanding arsenal of weapons. Equipment can be shared with comrades, and seriously wounded squad members can be returned to duty.

In the course of matches, it is desirable to stay ahead of enemies in capturing targets in order to get especially valuable loot - from the T-IV tank to the flare, which allows you to strike with the V-1 missile. There are 17 types of vehicles available in the mode, including tanks, towed guns, a prototype helicopter and the very cherished tractor featured in the debut trailer.

Over time, the developers promise to develop the "Firestorm": in the future, players will find a number of new features and improvements, including a couples mode, which will appear in April. By the way, NVIDIA has published their own video with the gameplay of Battlefield V in the "Firestorm" mode, recorded on the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti video card:
