video2midi 0.3.9

An update has been released for video2midi, a utility designed to recreate a multi-channel midi file from videos that contain a virtual midi keyboard.

Main changes since version 0.3.1:

  • Redesigned and optimized graphical interface.
  • Added support for Python 3.7, now you can run a script in Python 2.7 and Python 3.7.
  • Added a slider for setting the minimum duration of notes
  • Added a slider for adjusting the tempo of the output midi file (previously it was always set to 60 BPM)
  • Fixes in loading and saving settings
  • Added the I key to turn on and off the mode of ignoring or lengthening notes less than the minimum duration (If enabled, these notes - the duration of which is less than the specified value will not be recorded in the midi file. If disabled, notes whose duration is less than the specified value will be automatically set to the minimum duration.)
  • Added R key to enable/disable the function of scaling video clips (for all clips, when scaling is enabled, 1280x720 is used by default)
  • Added display of colors that activate the key.
  • Increased the number of octaves from 8 to 9
  • Increased the number of channels from 6 to 8.
