Before plunging into a game full of madness and gunfights, the creators offer to rewind time, starting with a skirmish with the main villain of the project - the head of the Government, General Cross. In a couple of minutes, a lot of strange personalities, monsters, shootouts, explosions, races, and so on fly by in front of the audience, and time is constantly accelerating, sending the viewer further and further into the past, up to the choice of the character’s gender and even earlier.

The project continues the story the first part: according to the plot, an asteroid that fell to Earth destroyed 80% of the planet's population. Bloodthirsty gangs roam the roads, and the Government is trying to assert its limitless dominance. The player (and part-time last ranger) is waiting for chaos: incendiary first-person shootouts, a variety of vehicles and an open world of wasteland that rolls into madness.
