For work, a mobile peer-to-peer data transfer protocol Mobile Direct Fast Exchange is used, and Bluetooth is used for fast communication between devices. The technology will not require high-end phones, and the transfer speed will be up to 20 MB/s. While there are currently only three companies participating in the alliance, it is also open to other smartphone manufacturers who want to join the ecosystem for more efficient and convenient file transfer between devices.
