Aquanox Deep Descent is an underwater FPS where players control a variety of ships and fight in the depths of the ocean in the dystopian Aqua. The world as we know it is dead: the Earth is flooded, and the remnants of humanity live in former mining and research stations located deep under the water. Factions formed in a network of undersea colonies wage a relentless war for resources and power.

Players will be asked to take control of a team of pilots who will try to make their way through the war-torn depths, go through harsh trials and face the dangers that lurk deep in the sea. It will be possible to send enemies to feed the fish with aimed strikes of torpedoes, shrapnel explosions, mines and other weapons.

You can immerse yourself in a dark epic story either alone or in a company with up to three friends in a cooperative online game. The developers promise the ability to join the game at any time: all four pilots are unique, and each of them plays a role in the development of the plot. Aquanox Deep Descent will also offer customization, allowing you to select and upgrade ships to suit your play style. Network fights between teams or in the all-against-all mode are also promised.

The first game in the AquaNox series was Archimedean Dynasty (German title: Schleichfahrt), released in 1996. In 2001, the original AquaNox was released, and in 2003, AquaNox 2: Revelation. The KRASS engine, innovative for its time, also released the once popular AquaMark test package. The new project promises to become the heir to the old-school AquaNox both in terms of gameplay and the universe of the dystopian world of the future.

On steam the cost of Aquanox Deep Descent is not yet known, but on the official website the price is indicated: $29,99.
