HP has unveiled the HP Reverb G2 Omnicept VR headset, which will hit the market next year. In addition to the previously presented headset HP Reverbs G2 capabilities, the new model is able to recognize facial expressions, track eye movements and the user's heart rate.

The company announced its plans for the Omnicept family at the VR/AR Global Summit. Notable in the concept of HP Omnicept is that it involves the analysis of indicators such as cognitive load or the level of mental stress of the user that occurs when performing tasks. As stated in the description of the HP Reverb G2 Omnicept, the device provides "realistic, like never before, virtual reality."
