Oculus Quest is a self-contained virtual reality headset that has been announced last autumn. The device does not need to be connected to a computer or any other device to function. The headset works on the basis of a productive chip from a Qualcomm chip and has a built-in battery. The headset will come with a protective case, as well as a pair of Touch controllers and charging cables.

To interact with Oculus Rift S the headset must be connected to the computer. However, in this model, it is not required to configure external cameras, since the applied Insight technology allows you to track the movements of the user and controllers due to the camera located on the headset itself. This means that the device can be connected to a laptop without problems, since the user will no longer need a large number of USB ports for cameras.
