Doctors allowed to issue electronic prescriptions for medicines

According to media reports, starting April 7, Russian doctors can issue prescriptions for medicines to patients in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic signature. The corresponding order of the Ministry of Health was previously posted on the official web portal of legal information.

The previously mentioned document says that doctors are allowed to make a prescription form Form 107-1 / y using computer technology for this. The document was drawn up and signed on March 29 and entered into force 10 days after that. It is worth clarifying that medical workers have the right to generate electronic prescriptions, and the document itself must contain not only the name of the medical institution, but also other data that were approved by OKATO (All-Russian classifier of objects of administrative-territorial division).

Recall that as part of the implementation of the national project "Healthcare" by 2021, the jobs of 820 medical employees operating in Russia will be automated. In addition, during this time period, up to 000% of medical organizations will carry out interdepartmental electronic interaction. The national project "Healthcare" is aimed at increasing the level of accessibility of primary medicine, reducing mortality from cancer and cardiovascular diseases, developing the infrastructure of children's hospitals, eliminating the shortage of personnel, etc.
