Wargaming and Games Workshop have announced a partnership. Together they will add ships and commanders to World of Warships in the style of the dark universe of Warhammer 40,000.
As part of the event, terrifying ships of two factions of Warhammer 40,000 will be available - the Imperium and Chaos. They will be led by commanders Justinian Lyons XIII and Arthas Roktar the Cold.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with an iconic brand like Warhammer 40,000 that has an incredibly passionate and dedicated audience, some of them from our own ranks,” said World of Warships Executive Producer Filipp Molodkovets. "The dark gothic atmosphere of Warhammer 40,000 will spice up the realistic universe of World of Warships, making this collaboration even more interesting."
Starting May 27, players will be able to purchase a special World of Warships bundle that will include flags and patches, as well as a special mission, the reward for completing which is Warhammer 40,000 containers with themed ships, commanders, and camouflage.
Warhammer 40,000 themed content will be available to purchase from both World of Warships on PC and World of Warships Legends on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 (in June).
