iFixit specialists have dissected the flexible Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphone for the second time, the actual sales of which on the global market began last month.

The hinge mechanism components are now covered with a film designed to protect them from small particles of dirt and dust. T-shaped plastic protective elements appeared in the screen bending area.
And yet, in the event of a breakdown, the Galaxy Fold is unlikely to be repaired: maintainability is rated only two points out of ten. The advantages of the design are only the use of standard fasteners and the modularity of individual components.
