The second goose in the Untitled Goose Game co-op mode will cackle in its own way

The developers of the comic harmful goose simulator Untitled Goose Game from the independent studio House House in my microblog reminded about the imminent release of the cooperative mode and revealed one of its features.

The second goose in the Untitled Goose Game co-op mode will cackle in its own way

Как was announced in the second half of August, a free co-op mode will appear in the Untitled Goose Game on September 23 and will bring with it another controllable pest bird.

Between themselves, geese differ in the color of their paws and beak (reddish for a beginner, orange for the original), as well as the shape of the β€œnose” (with and without a hump). As it turns out, that's not all.

House House demonstrated that the two geese also differ in the sounds they make - the cackle of a beginner is slightly lower than the classic one. Attached tweet allows you to evaluate the difference yourself.

In addition to the opportunity to arrange an impromptu competition for shouting down each other, the joint mode will allow you to go through the entire Untitled Goose Game in the company of a faithful friend.

Simultaneously with the arrival of local co-op, Untitled Goose Game will appear in new services for itself: in particular, Steam and itch.io. You can’t pre-order the game there – it’s likely that the purchase option will become available only after the release.

Untitled Goose Game was released in September 2019 on PC (Epic Games Store) and Nintendo Switch, and in December reached PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. By the beginning of 2020, project sales exceeded 1 million copies.
